Vanavasi Kalyana Karnataka (VKK) was established in 1989 to promote awareness and comprehensive development of the tribals in Karnataka. Their first project focused on the education of the Siddi tribes in North Karnataka. In recent years, VKK has supported the Doctors for Seva (DFS) initiative by providing 150 Arogya Mitra workers to assist with telemedicine projects in tribal areas, enhancing healthcare access and services.
